We are very excited you’re interested in the 2026 New Mexico Team! 

Please be sure to complete this application FULLY. It is recommended that you go over your completed application with your Christian Challenge Director or Staff Member before submitting your application. Please reference the following checklist to know if your application is complete:

Step 1: References

Please fill out the Reference Information Sheet located here on the Missions Application Portal. The BCNM State Collegiate Ministries office will reach out to your references directly.

​You must have FIVE confidential references.  Please fill out information for references first so that we have sufficient time to contact your  references. 
  • One reference MUST be from your Christian Challenge director.
  • The other four references need to be filled out by people in the following categories:
    • Pastor (or church leader), discipler/mentor, teacher/professor/ supervisor, friend of the same gender who has known you well for the past 2 years. 

Step 2: Application and Parent contact Information

The main application consists of three forms. All forms must be completed in order for your application to be considered. Applications must be received NO LATER than February 6th , 2026 by 5pm. Please complete your application as soon as possible. If at any time you decide that you no longer want to be considered for acceptance, please notify us via e-mail at [email protected].   

Step 3: Interviews

As a final step in the application process, each applicant will be interviewed by Christian Challenge staff members at their campus. Contact your director to see when interviews will be held.
