Church Request Form

Christian Challenge/BSU Ministries of the Baptist Convention of New Mexico are very excited to announce that we will have collegiate teams to serve multiple churches across the state this summer. If you are interested in hosting one of these teams, please fill out the church request form below. Requests must be submitted by March 2nd.

We will work diligently to fill the spots available by early April. Please keep in mind that it is not a first-come first-served process. We may need to be in further contact with you before a team can be assigned. If you are assigned a team, we will work with you during the spring to determine all the logistical details for your team’s preparation and service. If we are unable to assign a team to your church, please consider requesting a team for future summers.

We are aware that, at this point, it can be hard to know exactly how you are going to need the team to assist but please be as specific as possible. This helps us know how to best decide how teams can be assigned to churches specific needs. Examples are VBS, Church Renovations, Sunday School/Service.

We ask that your church provide housing and meals, if possible, for the NM Team during their week of service with you. Teams usually consist of 4-5 students.

Once you submit your request form we will send you a copy of your form as a confirmation that we have received it. If you do not hear from us within a week of filling out the form please reach out.

We will be accepting request forms until March 3rd. We will hopefully have a list of churches that will be getting a team assigned to them by early April.
